- 3v3 matches (maximum 5 players per team)
- 12–15 minute games with rolling substitutions
- No offsides — continuous, fast-paced play
- U5–U13: Small pitch (12×18m)
- U14–U21: Large pitch (17×25m)
- Adults: Large pitch
- KICK-ins instead of throw-ins
- No goalkeepers — players defend as a unit
